+This Haida Wolf Mask Pendant is carved in Argillite by Haida artist Darrell White, with two Abalone inlays for the eyes, one silver onlay on the tongue and fourteen teeth made from fossilized Mastodon Ivory. It sits on a hand-carved yew wood base.
The Wolf Symbol represents loyalty, strong family ties, good communication, education, understanding, and intelligence. Of all land animals, the Wolf has the strongest supernatural powers and is the most accomplished hunter.

The pendant is about 1 3/4 inches or 4 1/2 centimeters long without the silver bail, 1 1/4 of an inch or over 3 centimeters wide and just over 1/2 of an inch or close to 2 centimeters deep. It weighs a little over 1 ounce or 31 1/3 grams. The pendant and the yew wood base together measure approximately 2 1/8 inches or 5 1/4 centimeters high.
The leather necklace is not included.
